Sincpac is a great complement to Civil 3D, to perform commands not natively available out of the box.

Sincpac-C3D Command Availability

The table below illustrates the commands that are available in the various versions of the Sincpac-C3D. Note that ALL licensed versions of the Sincpac-C3D include the automatic Twist and Background Mask features, found on the OPTIONS Tab.

You may use the Sincpac-C3D without a license, and if you request a trial license, you may continue to use the Sincpac-C3D after the trial license expires. However, an unlicensed version is limited to the commands and features indicated below. In addition, the Quickset panels do not work in the unlicensed version.

Note that you must have the Power module in order to create any Dynamic Links. However, all three of the other modules both include the ability to update the Dynamic Links. So, for example, a user with just the Power module could create some Dynamic Point Links in a drawing. Then someone with only the Points module could move points around in the drawing, and see the points dynamically update. However, the person with only the Points module would not be able to create, edit, or delete any Dynamic Links.
